The hotel has great pools and entertainment, making it ideal for families. However, the dining experience was disappointing with repetitive food options and an overall lack of quality. The rooms were dated and uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall experience. While there were positives like cleanliness and friendly staff, I expected much more for the price paid.
Our family had an enjoyable holiday thanks to the amazing animation team that kept our kids engaged and entertained. While the pools were great for the children and the water park was a hit, we were let down by the underwhelming dining options and some of the hotel’s facilities which didn't meet our expectations for a 5-star resort.
Our holiday at the Blue Lagoon Resort was full of fun and laughter, thanks to the fantastic animation team and numerous activities available for kids. The rooms were spacious and well-kept but we found the dining options quite repetitive and occasionally lacking in variety. Overall, while it was a lovely experience, enhancing the food could make it outstanding.
We had a fantastic family holiday at the Blue Lagoon Resort, enjoying the clean facilities, vibrant water park, and diverse dining options. The location, just outside Kos Town, was convenient for exploring the area. However, there were a few hiccups with evening entertainment and the limited selection of branded drinks in the all-inclusive package, which could be improved. Overall, it was great value for money and a memorable experience.
We had a wonderful family holiday at the hotel, which boasted excellent facilities and a fantastic water park for the kids. The variety of food options was great, and the evening entertainment was entertaining. However, there were some issues with room cleanliness and dining experiences that detracted from the overall experience, especially for a 5-star designation.
