Our family had an enjoyable holiday thanks to the amazing animation team that kept our kids engaged and entertained. While the pools were great for the children and the water park was a hit, we were let down by the underwhelming dining options and some of the hotel’s facilities which didn't meet our expectations for a 5-star resort.
